Following the acquisition of BSA Regal Cutting Tools by David Richards Engineering, Infiinite was entrusted to manage the complete end-to-end IT, data, and personnel migration into their new operational headquarters in Hedge End.

The Challenge

1. Tenant-to-Tenant Email & Domain Migration

We executed a seamless cloud mailbox migration, transferring all email history, contacts, and calendar schedules to the new corporate domain. MX record cutovers were scheduled out-of-hours to ensure zero email bounce-backs during the transition.

2. Centralised Data Consolidation

Legacy server data and file shares were audited, restructured, and securely synchronised to David Richards Engineering's cloud storage environment. Granular permission levels were applied to ensure strict access control and regulatory compliance.

3. Staff & Workstation Onboarding at Hedge End

Every workstation was re-imaged, configured with secure endpoint protection, and integrated into the Hedge End network layout. Incoming staff received full onboarding support, ensuring immediate access to critical engineering applications and shared resources.
